About the event

This event is in collaboration with my friend and colleague Jane Reeves, a specialist Occupational Therapist, sensory attachment practitioner and somatic experiencing therapist. Our work overlaps and compliments and we have been talking about working together for a looooong time, so it is exciting to be finally doing it! The workshop will include some theory about the nervous system that is relevant to us all in our emotional regulation, and include lots of opportunity for discussion as well as experiential activities to put into practice what we are talking about. Our aim is to empower parent to feel they gave the skills and confidence to move from reacting to responding assertively and comapssionately.
